The National Council for Science and Technology (NCST) wishes to inform the general public that the NCST Quarterly Newsletter issue number 014 is out.

This issue highlights the National Council for Science and Technology’s (NCST) ongoing efforts to foster innovation, build capacity, and drive impactful research for sustainable development in Rwanda and beyond. From strategic partnerships to advancing green practices, we spotlight initiatives shaping the nation’s progress. Our updates include participation in international forums addressing Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the development of a technology transfer strategy in collaboration with the University of Rwanda, and advancements in the feasibility study for the Center for Nuclear Science and Technology (CNST). These milestones illustrate NCST’s dedication to enabling transformative change through research, policy guidance, and collaboration. This edition also delves into NCST’s role in promoting green jobs in the construction sector and encouraging sustainable practices across industries. We aim to inspire and engage all stakeholders to contribute to Rwanda’s vision of an innovation-driven, sustainable future.
