- To support innovations to mature and transition to scale; be commercialized to improve high quality and standards of live for Rwandans and African citizens.
- To ensure strengthening sustainable national and international partnerships and cooperation that promote excellence and scale of evidence-based innovations leading to national, and potentially continental economic growth and prosperity.
- To ensure sustainability funding for R&D-based innovations through continued financing prioritization, advocacy, dissemination of findings and commitment to fundamentals of accountability and good governance.
