The National Council for Science and Technology (NCST) will host a Dissemination Workshop for the Rwanda Innovation Survey 2022–2024 Report on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at the Kigali Convention Center.

This milestone event will mark the official unveiling of Rwanda’s first comprehensive national innovation survey, assessing innovation activities across business enterprises, government institutions, higher education, and private non-profit sectors. Conducted in line with international standards (OECD Oslo Manual, 2018), the survey provides critical insights to guide policy, investment, and collaboration in advancing Rwanda’s innovation ecosystem and national development goals under Vision 2050 and NST2.

During the event, NCST will also unveil the National Research and Innovation Repository, developed in partnership with the University of Rwanda and CSM Technologies, to centralize and showcase Rwanda’s research and innovation outputs.

The workshop will bring together policymakers, researchers, innovators, private sector leaders, and development partners to reflect on the findings and explore strategies to accelerate innovation-led growth in Rwanda.
