The Council
Members of the Council including two co-chairpersons and the executive Secretary of NCST are appointed by the presidential order. Members of the Council are selected from the public and private sector and may be Rwandan nationals or foreign living in Rwanda or abroad.
At least thirty percent (30%) of the members of the council must be females. The number of councilors of NCST, their terms of office and modalities of their replacement are determined by a presidential order.
Executive Secretariat
The Executive Secretariat of NCST is comprised of the Executive Secretary appointed by the presidential order and other staff members recruited in accordance with relevant laws.
