CALL FOR ABSTRACTS & APPLICATIONS FOR BEST STI COMMUNICATOR

In line with NCST 8th Council Meeting scheduled for October 19th to 20th, 2023, the National Council for Science and Technology is pleased to announce a CALL FOR ABSTRACTS, and a CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR BEST STI COMMUNICATOR to be presented at the NCST Pre-Council Symposium on October 19th, 2023, at Marriott Hotel - Kigali.

The call for abstracts is addressed to all Rwandan National researchers from Business, Government, Higher Education, and Private Non-Profit sectors, with ongoing research studies, research funded projects with innovative ideas and solutions, technology development, new evidence-based scientific development with innovative products and services in sustainable energy, food security, life and health sciences, local production, digital services, and resilient environment and natural resources.

Whereas the call for applications for best STI communicator is addressed to all Rwandan National journalists/ Communications experts from Business sector, Government sector, Higher Education sector, Private non- profit sector who have contributed to communication and or dissemination and community outreach programs related to science, technology and Innovation.

Accepted abstracts or applications for best STI communicator will be presented in the categories of Oral and Poster presentation during the symposium and you stand a chance to win prestigious awards in the following categories:

 

a) Most Accomplished Researcher Award

b) Most Innovative Research Award

c) Women Research Award

d) Promising Young Researcher Award

e) Best STI Communicator Award
