All researchers who apply for research clearance are required to pay non refundable fees upon collection of their research clearance certificates and research identity cards. The fees are categorized as follow:

Notes:
- Any charges levied by other institutions and bodies e.g. approval for national park entry, visas, must be paid as requested. Research clearance application fees are part of the application process and are not refundable.
- Note: Payment of research clearance fee is done upon receipt of a notification email from NCST regarding the approval of the application
